We are talking about the favorite street food of India - Chaat. It is believed that CHAAT was born in the royal kitchen of Emperor Shah Jahan.

Papdi - Nothing like the crunch of freshly made papdis. Crispy, fried dough wafers served with boiled potatoes, boiled chick peas, chilis, yogurt, tamarind chutney, and several spices. A healthy and multi-flavored snack.
Aloo chaat - Crisp fried potato chunks wrapped in fiery spices and tossed with chutney.
Golgappe : One of the most popular chaat item. A small crisp hollow round bread filled with spiced water, tamarind paste, potato, onion, and chickpeas. Perfect For: When you're craving a thousand flavors at once.
Chole bhature - an all time favourite Punjabi dish. Choley bhature can be eaten in breakfast as well as in lunch. It is a combination of chole (spicy chick peas) and fried bread called bhatoora (made of maida flour).
Kulche Matar - The zesty lip-smacking chaat-like taste of this dish, garnished with onion, tomato, green chilli and lemon juice, Seved with Kulchas. It definitely demands second helpings so be prepared !
